2025/01/22  Women Scientists Laboratory Tour and Hands-On Experience Camp (113 academic year)

To encourage more female talent to enter the field of scientific research, National Sun Yat-sen University has opened several laboratories from the College of Science, College of Engineering, and College of Marine Sciences for visits by junior and senior high school students. These visits aim to help students learn about and understand the development of science and technology, thereby bridging the gap between them and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Professor Wen Chao-Kai’s "Communication Technology Lab" participated in the event. The goal is to bring students closer to STEM through hands-on laboratory experiences, inspiring their motivation to learn STEM subjects and building their confidence in studying science. By stepping into real university research environments and participating in hands-on scientific activities in a scientist’s lab, students can better connect with science and be encouraged to develop a genuine interest in learning.
